MG&A's Eleventh Annual Retreat.

Returning IN 2019:

   We will be offering the Discovery “Gateway” Training.  Anyone interested in participating in the Discovery Gateway Training is welcome.  People who attend this training will be eligible to pursue Certification in Discovery. 

Space for the Discovery “Gateway” Training is limited to 25 slots.

We will be offering the Job Development “Gateway” Training.  Anyone interested in participating in the Job Development Gateway Training is welcome.  People who attend this training will be eligible to pursue Certification in Job Development.

Space for the Job Development “Gateway” Training is Limited to 15 slots. 

   The Discovery Retreat will be open to anyone who has attended a previous retreat, has attended a MG&A training or has certification in one of our three areas of performance-based options - Discovery, job Development or Systematic Instruction. 

    The 2019 Retreat will offer two focus areas: 

   One Group is simliar to the traditional “returnees” group of previous years and will provide an opportunity for in-depth discussion on all aspects of the Customized Process, especially on Discovery. There will be opportunity to discuss an array of second ant third generation topics related to the facilitation of Discovery. The agenda will be flexible will opportunities to both large and small group discussion. This session will be lead by an MG&A Associate.

   Also running in concurrent session for all associates and mentors of MG&A to discuss the future direction of the organization and to explore future training, mentoring and technical assistance opportunities. This session will be led by Michael Callahan, Therese Fimian and Randy Dicks.

    Space for the Discovery Retreat is limited to 50 slots.
