Provider staff who want to increase their capacity for helping persons with disabilities obtain employment – including individuals in day habilitation or day programs, students moving from high school to employment, and those who are supported though not yet successfully engaged in community employment.

Those who successfully complete the course (by maintaining class participation and completing homework) will receive an ACRE Certificate with an Emphasis on Customized Employment.
This class is also the starting point for those who are interested in working alongside an expert mentor to deepen their Customized Employment skills through MG&A’s Performance-Based Certification—and those who may consider working with MG&A to become a mentor in the future.
RESERVE SEATS
Individual CCE-only seats are available for $850.00 per person. Training will be hosted on MG&A’s training platform. Registrants will receive further instructions a week before classes begin.
This session, we are pairing CCE training with an opportunity to enhance your training with group mentoring sessions. These offer CCE students the chance to dig deeper into the practicalities of starting certain Discovery and Customized Job Development activities from within your organization or advocacy efforts.
This 5-hour program may be purchased for an additional $400.00 per person.

Each class is 4.5 hours long. All classes start at 12 PM ET and conclude at 4:30 PM ET.

DISCOVERY AND CJD GATEWAY TRAINING
This course combines the content of two of our Gateway trainings, which provide hands-on teaching opportunities with instructor feedback, and is our most popular training option for agencies and organizations seeking to enroll 15 or more students. PERFORMANCE-BASED CERTIFICATION
While the ACRE Certificate is earned through attendance and participation in training, Performance-Based Certification is a separate “deeper dive,” hands-on approach to learning these strategies with support from a mentor with expertise in each specific area. Use the button below to learn more.
